No, it’s fine. We have a number of clients who only let out one property. In reality, we find that our clients who begin with one property will generally increase their portfolio over time and because S&S has the scale, it means we can support you effortlessly as you grow.
We have not yet found a case that was too big for us to handle. We have a dedicated team of professionals to tend to the full range of maintenance tasks.
We can tailor a package to suit your specific requirements. Some of our landlords require a tenant sourcing service only. Others require full management whilst others engage us on a full maintenance, service and management contract. The choice and limit to our involvement is entirely down to each landlord.
Definitely. Our multi-skilled teams plus dedicated project management will ensure that the conversion is completed with the minimum of fuss and hassle. Afterwards, HMOs tend to need slightly more in the way of ongoing maintenance and we can provide that support for you too.
Charges depend on a number of factors, but we are always highly competitive. All quotations are provided free of charge, without obligation, and are fixed price – if we underestimate the amount of work involved, that’s our problem, not yours.
